RENT A SELF-CATERING LODGE AT COCOLOBO

Adjoining the Cocolobo hotel, and enjoying the same peaceful location, we can now offer a choice of two self-catering lodges for rental. These are privately-owned vacation homes, managed and supervised by a Cocolobo staff member. They provide an ideal alternative for family groups or for longer stays on the island.

Both two-storey lodges are beautifully furnished and well-equipped. In excess of 1,900 sq.ft., they can sleep between four and six people, including upstairs sofa beds. The lodges are equipped with laundry facilities and secure locked cabinets and safes for storage of valuables such as laptops and cameras. Internet connection and cell phones are also available.

The excellent variety of restaurants, bars and dive shops in the village of West End are an easy 350-meter walk away. Guests at the lodges can use Cocolobo’s infinity pool, deck and bar – the perfect spot for a sun-downer cocktail.

A/C is included in short-term rental. For long-term, it is charged at $10 per day.

Security deposit – all properties require a promissory security deposit ($500). This deposit would cover replacement costs for any damage over and above normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning or unnecessary service calls during the guest’s occupancy. There must be a satisfactory check out inspection for the return of damage/security deposit.
